About the Role
Catalyst Golf Performance is expanding and looking for a motivated coach who wants to build a serious career inside a modern, assessment-driven coaching model.
This is not a traditional lesson-book role. Catalyst is built around TPI, movement screening, data collection, technology, club fitting, structured player development, and long-term coaching programs.
We want someone who wants to coach, learn, grow, and eventually help lead programming across multiple high-end private club, athletic club, and indoor performance environments.

Primary Responsibilities
- ✓Deliver private coaching within the Catalyst system
- ✓Assist with Golf Game Assessments and player development programs
- ✓Use technology and data to guide coaching decisions
- ✓Perform TPI-style movement screens and body-swing evaluations
- ✓Support clinics, member events, junior programs, and special programming
- ✓Manage player communication, practice plans, and remote coaching
- ✓Assist with club fitting, equipment evaluation, and demo days
- ✓Build relationships with members, clients, and facility partners
Who We’re Looking For
The right candidate doesn’t need to be a finished product. We’re more interested in coachability, work ethic, and desire to grow inside a modern system.
- ✓TPI Certification or strong interest in TPI model
- ✓Golf coaching, club fitting, or player development experience
- ✓Comfortable using technology and data to support coaching
- ✓Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Interest in long-term programs — not one-off lessons
- ✓PGA membership welcome but not required
- ✓Fitness, sports performance, PT, or competitive golf backgrounds considered
FITNESS PARTNER
Who This Is For
Personal trainers, physical therapists, and strength coaches who want to expand into golf performance alongside a Catalyst coach.
You don’t need to be a golf instructor. You need to understand the body, movement quality, and how physical limitations drive swing faults — and you need to want to work in a collaborative, data-driven environment.
Ideal Background
- ✓TPI Fitness certification or strong interest in TPI
- ✓Personal training, PT, or strength and conditioning background
- ✓Experience working with athletic populations
- ✓Existing client base or facility relationship a plus
- ✓Passion for golf performance and data-driven training
